Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well consists of casing with rods and tubing with a flow line. Pumping unit is in place but is not bridled up to the polishing rod. Horse head has been removed. The motor and electrical box is present. There is approximately 10 gallons of oil sitting around the Well head. Looks like it came from the rubber/tubing area at the Larkin head. Oil is present there also. There are 3 metal drums that have a liquid (oil?) in them. There are rags stuffed in the bung hole areas instead of bungs. GPS is 33.25317 -92.18470
